You can get the currency exchange that you need in the local banks wherever you live. The banks will usually offer some good rates. The rates at the bank for currency exchange will be much better than at the airport so if you are going on a trip and you need currency exchange then you should try to get it at the bank and not at the airport when you are about to leave. The only problem with getting the currency exchange you need from the bank is the operating hours of the bank and the days. The bank is not always open so you can never go there whenever you want. You will have to go before hand and get the currency exchange that you need but since you will be getting it at a much lower rate why not go to the bank. Another thing that may cause a problem is the amount of currency exchange that the banks will offer you at once. Some do not offer large amounts of currency exchange to be exchanged at once. You may have to find other places to do the larger transactions or do smaller transactions more frequently to get all the money you need.
